Terms of sale

These are the rules for buying from Drape. Last updated October 2026.

Placing an order

When you place an order, we send you an order number. That is not yet a sale. We call you to confirm the order, and the sale is made when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if an item is out of stock, or if something looks wrong, and we will tell you if we do.

Prices

Prices are in BDT and include everything except delivery. Orders over ৳100 get free delivery. Under that, delivery costs ৳30 to ৳130, depending on where you live. The price you see when you place the order is the price you pay.

Payment

You pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. We do not take cards or online payments at the moment. Please have the exact amount ready.

Delivery

We aim to send orders within 2 days, and delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days after that. These times are a guide, not a promise. If you are not available when the courier calls, we will try to deliver again.

Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 30 days if it is unworn and still has its tags. Items that arrive damaged or wrong can be returned at no cost to you. The steps are on the help page. We refund you within 5 working days of getting the item back.

Product photos and sizes

We try to show colours and fit as they are. Screens differ, so a colour can look a little different in real life. Please read the notes on each product page before you choose a size.

Our responsibility

We take care to sell what we say we sell, and to put things right when they go wrong. Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may change these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.
